Remember when my cd player broke in the summer, right before your August visit? Well Julio finally got me a replacement.
It took forever because Circuit City is the only place I know of around here that sells Onkyo, and I never go to Circuit City. And I have to have Onkyo. :-)
I thought it was really weird that they only manufacture one cd player model now. They have gone the dvd route I guess.
Kristina and I think that George Clooney will end up running for President. And he will most definitely get our vote. He’s aging into such a distinguished gentleman, he’s just what the White House needs.
We are also hoping that Solomon will be his successor. Gotta figure out the exact rules for foreign-adopted kids. Just look at him. I’d vote for him in a heartbeat.

The Full Story on Lenore:
It came up in conversation how much Scottie Utah wanted my Lenore painting, and considering the fact that it was just sitting against the wall in Keith’s kitchen, he felt like he should have it. I told him to plot with Keith’s roomate, Tim, to steal it and take it away. But I didn’t really want that to happen. If Lenore’s going anywhere, it shoud be to my house. Mwhahahahha. I told Tim if the Scottie Utah plan failed, that he needed to give it to me.
After a night at Taphouse arguing back and forth about who *deserves* the Lenore, we ended up at Keith’s apartment. One of the first things he said to me was that I could have Lenore back if I wanted it. It was like our conversation had been bugged! It was so random. But I was one happy little pickle.
Scottie Utah, on the other hand, was not too pleased. It had all backfired against him and I came out victorious! Woo Hooo!
As a consolation, I have to paint one for Scott and somehow mail it to Detroit or Tampa or wherever in the world he is. And I guess I need to look for Pee Wee for Keith. But you know what it’s like trying to find stuff in my house… Sometimes closets can be a bad thing.
Julio and I have been witnessing more and more people succumb to the Obliga-Wiggle®. It’s so awesome. We are not alone.
And….. in less than four weeks Jules will get to see Gogol Bordello up close and personal. Whoopeeeee!
Obliga-Wiggle® all around!
Lexi just sent me a Thailand update. The tentative date is March 12-26. I can’t wait ’til this is finalized and I can scream at the top of my lungs,

How cool is it to randomly end up at the house of someone you used to date after a long night of drinking and visiting with old friends and come upon a painting that you did years ago as a housewarming gift, a painting that you wished you still owned, and the guy gives it back to you?
Super cool, I’d say!
It’s kitty weekend here at the “conversations with chairhead” compound.
Since jules and I have chosen not to play the christmas game, we decided to make it “our kitties are the cutest” day.
