In the past 6 months I have gotten three charges on my card from a place called CCBill.com. I finally called today to see what it was all about (I emailed once before, but didn’t get an answer). Turns out it’s a bill for membership at PenileSecrets.com! The guy told me it’s an online site for penis enlargement. I explained to him that I am in no need of a penis enlargement, nor do I care to pay for a stranger’s penis enlargement.
He canceled my “membership” but would not refund my money because all the info they have on file matches my account info. I have the bank involved now, and I should get reimbursed for at least the last charge.
So weird.
Some of OJ’s friends stayed over last night and one of them said my house reminded him of Pee Wee’s Playhouse. Awesome!
On a completely different note - I watched United 93 today.

Kristina and I left Tuesday afternoon for North Carolina. That is one long, boring drive! We got to the Cat’s Cradle parking lot around 7:00 and went to Bandido’s for chips and margaritas. Rob, OJ, and Daniel V joined us there and we sat around until the club opened.
Charlotte, Nicole, Alison, Kyler, and Zero all met us there. It was a VA reunion.
A guy called David Dondero opened. KJ and I managed to squeeze up front before DeVotchKa came on. The place wasn’t very full, and most of the kids were there for Tilly and The Wall, so it wasn’t very difficult at all. Alison ended up joining us there, and everyone else (smokers) all watched from the back.
I know I don’t need to tell you, but DeVotchKa was AMAZING! Such an awesome performance. And they played all the best songs. Plus, I love it when people drink wine on stage.
(we didn’t get “something stupid”. lucky you. but we got “enemy guns” yes!)
After their set, everyone was ready to go. I found that to be the most charming thing ever. Here was this group of people that had come out to see Tilly and The Wall (KJ and I were the only DeVotchKa people in the group), and they were so blown away by DeVotchKa that they didn’t even need Tilly anymore. Now that’s impressive!
The next day we went to the Weaver St Market on our way out where I scored 2 lbs of wheat berries for only $1.23!!!! We also stopped by the indescribably wonderful home of Alison and Osiris. That place is a museum of interesting.
Wednesday night OJ, Rob and I went to see Atmosphere at the Norva. They put on a really great show, but we were all pretty exhausted from the night before (and the long drive home).
