I was pleasantly surprised the other night to come across my first pumpkin ale of the season, Southern Tier Pumking Imperial. I never think about them until October, but you won’t hear me complaining about starting early.
The Pumpking was damn delicious. A perfect way to start the quest. I give it an A++, it’s that good.
Yesterday I picked up some Buffalo Bill’s (always a winner) and a new one to me, New Holland Ichabod Pumpkin Ale. I can’t wait to try them both.
Storms and beer, yum.

I so thought of you this past wed. G & I were in Richmond and went to Total Wine and they had like 4 or 5 different Pumpkin Ales. I was gonna buy a pack for the weekend, but I didn’t. I guess I was foreshadowing. Miss you!!!!!!!!!
