Also, yesterday we had L&B slices and spumoni. This always makes for a very happy Atlanta.
The past two days have been a whirlwind of fun and silliness and yucky wine and bumpy busses and love. Tonight is Fever Ray. It just keeps getting better.

Went to see 9 last night. I thought the story was pretty bland and typical, but the film itself was beautiful and I loved the characters. I should like to get the DVD when it comes out and turn the sound off and make my own soundtrack instead. Since both Fever Ray and The Glitch Mob were used in the trailer and TV spot, I think those two are a good place to start.

Current fave artist of the moment – Chiho Aoshima. She’s a Japanese pop artist, and is part of Takashi Murakami’s Kaikai Kiki Collective. Cute, creepy, and lots of trees? Right up my alley!
In a mere 17 days we will get to experience this live. Fever Ray at Webster Hall. Oh the anticipation.
Oh my goodness. I haven’t watched this in so long. I have it recorded on an ancient Björk compilation VHS hiding away in a box. Jared and I used to watch it all the time and laugh and laugh and laugh. I still find myself quoting it often, but assume no one knows what I’m talking about. Hopefully this will now change.
When the Space Ghost Coast to Coast DVDs started coming out, I bought them for Jared hoping one would contain this magical episode. But the internets tell me this episode is from season seven, which has yet to see a release. Until then, this will have to do.
